To save you time, our prospective tenant form will make sure you’re looking at properties that could be a good fit.
You’ll also have as much information about the property as possible, so you know what to expect when we go along for a visit.
You’ll never be left to visit a property alone, so we’ll always be there to answer questions. We’ll also be your point of contact, and we’ll be on hand for emergencies 24 hours a day.
Once you’ve moved in, you’ll see us four times a year when we inspect the property, in line with New Zealand property management guidelines. We’ll always give you two days notice of this, and we can pop in and out of the property with or without you home – whichever is easiest for you.
